Shipping policy

Shipping Policy — Spicy Decor

Every Spicy Decor product is made to order for you. That means your order is produced after you place it, then shipped — please allow for both steps below.

PRODUCTION TIME
Most items are produced within 2-5 business days.

DELIVERY (UNITED STATES)
- Standard Shipping (5-10 business days total): $4.95 — FREE on orders of $50.00 or more.
- Priority Shipping (3-8 business days total): $9.95.

Delivery windows are business-day estimates from the order date and include production time. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery times and rates for orders outside the United States are shown at checkout before you pay.

DELAYS
During peak seasons (including November and December), production and carrier transit can take longer than the estimates above. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at buyspicydecor@gmail.com and we will make it right.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
