Refund Policy — Spicy Decor

Spicy Decor is operated by Decision Holdings LLC. We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how we handle it.

RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, email us at buyspicydecor@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm eligibility and send you the return instructions and return address for your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you about approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at buyspicydecor@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
